Awesome experience!!! My AC went out in the middle of July with a heat index 103. I had called 4 other businesses and I either got an answering service, leave a message, or was put on hold for greater than 10 min. after I had described my situation. When I called Bridger I was surprised to get a live voice. They were extremely busy but said someone would be out after lunch. That was more than I had been promised from the other companies. They did what they said and someone was here before lunch. Their concern was my family and I stranded in the heat. It was actually cooler outside with temp of 96 than inside my house with the windows open and fans blowing. They not only fixed my AC but also took a look at several other electrical concerns and let me know why I was having the problems. They were knowledgeable and showed concern for my situation even though they were very busy. They explained what was going on so I could understand . I appreciate the urgent response and fix to my main problem. We have scheduled another time to come back and fix my other concerns. Thank you for rescuing us from the heat of July!!! We really appreciate it!!!
